System lubricants

High-quality oil to fill the cases of low-speed crosshead disel engines. This oil perfectly neutralizes the aggressive combustion products infiltrating into the engine case. Trunk piston lubricants

High-quality engine oil intended for medium and high-speed trunk-piston diesel engines. Product is notable for stable viscosity charscteristics, perfect de-emulsifying and anti-foaming properties. Alkalinity stability protects an engine against corrosion wear at long-tern operation. It meets the API CF specification requirements.

High-quality engine oils for medium-speed trunk piston diesel enignes feed with fuel oil having sulphur content of up to 4%. They provide maximum protection against ring sticking, deposits in piston area, and wear.These oils show excellent viscosity stability even at very high operating temperatures, and the increases alkalinity prevents enginecorrosion weat for a long time. The unique detegrent and dispersant additive system efficiently perevents piston area contamination, as well as perfectly protects engine against fuel contaminants.

High-quality alkalinity-increased engine oils are for medium-speed trunk piston diesel engines feed with fuel oil having maximum sulphur content of 4.5%. These oils show excelent viscisity stability even at very high operating temperatures, and the increased alkalinity prevents engine corrosion wear for a long time. The unique detergent and dispersant additive system efficiently prevents piston atea contamination, as well as perfectly protects engine against fuel contaminants.

 

Cylinder lubricants

High-quality cylinder lubricanting oil of SAE 50 grade with base number of 20 is intended to be used in low-speed crosshead engines running on various fuels. Product ensures maximum protrction of cylinder rings and liners, and maintain cleanliness in the piston area.

High-quality cylinder lubricating oil of SAE 50 grade with base number of 40 is intended for cylinder lubrication of the cutting edge low-speed engines feed with low sulphur fuel (<1.5-2% sulphur by weight) and operated at very hight mechanical and thermal loads (cylinder pressure of 160 bar max. and 270°C at the top dead centre). High-quality paraffin-base oils and thoroughly selected additives ensure maximum protection of the cylinder rings and liners and maintain cleanliness in the piston area of low-speed crosshead engines.

High-quality cylinder lubricating oil of SAE 50 grade with base number of 70 is intended to be used in low-speed enignes being operated under extremely high  mechanical and thermal loads. Product ensures maximum protrction of cylinder rings and liners, and maintain cleanliness in the piston area of low-speed crosshead engines.

 

Engine lubricants

High-quality oil for heavy-duty diesel enignes. The oil is producted on the basis of solvent-refined mineral base oils with a set of additives including detergent/dispersant, ant-oxidation and anti-wear additives. Product oil provides excellent lubrication of high-speed turbo-charged diesel enignes exposed to severe corrosive environment. Product oil complies with API CG-4 specification.

 

Hydraulic lubricants

High-performance high-viscosity hydraulic oil having excellent anti-wear properties was designed to be used in marine equipment under wide temperature range.

 

Gear lubricants

Premium class gearbox oils designed in accordance with high operational oil load capacity requirements of gearbox manufactures. Products are notable for low chilling temperature, improved scuffing load and anti-wear properties. Lubricants have high oxidizing, thermal, and hydrolytic stability,excellent wate-repellent, deaeration and anti-foam properties. They protect matal against corrosion as well.

 

Turbine lubricants

High-quality turbine oil based upon high-purity paraffin base oils rust and oxidation inhibitors. Product separetes moisture perfectly, shows high oxidation stability, and it has efficient corrosion protection and prevents from deposit formation.

 

Compressor lubricants

Compressor oil based upon paraffin base oils with the use of optimally balanced additive package ensuring perfect oxidation stability, protection against corrosion and perfect scuffing load cacapacity. Product ensures smooth and cost-effective operation of the system under severe operation conditions. It complies with DIN 51,506 Standard VDL class specification.

 

Synthetic gear lubricants

High-qualitysyntetics oil with a all-purpose formula based on polyalpholefins and diethers. It has excellent resistance to oxidation at high temperatures,a long service life and provides an exceptionally high level of wear protection

 

Heat thansfer lubricants

Heat transfer oil specially designed for heat transfer systems operating at temperature up to 320°C. It is produced based on high-purity parafin oils, contains a package of additives for optimal protection against oxidation, rusting or corrosion of steel and copper, as well as prevents air entrainment and foam formation.

 

Synthetic compressor lubricants

Synthetic compressor and turbo-compressor oil with perfect thermal-oxidative stability, high viscosity index, low chilling temperature and perfect hydrolitic stability. Product perfectly fits for turbochargers and most of rotary helical compressors.

High-quality oil for lubrication compressor oil provides high thermal-oxidative stability, protection against oxidation and corrosion, and pervents carbonaceous deposit accumulation and wear of working assemblies. Refrigeration lubricants

High-performance completely synthetic compressor oil to be applied in compressors of refrigiration and air conditioning systems.

High-quality oil for lubrication of refrigeration and air conditioning system compressors operating with ammonia, carbon dioxide and halide heat transfer fluids.

 

Greases

Universal scuff-resistant consistent lithium grease on the basis oflithium thickener of increased water resistance. Product is efficient under equipment heavy-duty operation in awide temperature range. Lubricant includes corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, as anti-scoring additives.

Black homogeneous oil-like water-stabilized calcium lubricant. It includes specially selected graphite and molybdenum disulphide additives.
